I chose this as my best TH picture because you can see the subject in the picture very clearly.
Information: ISO 250; f/18; Exposure- 1/500
This picture was my worst because the picture is almost completely dark and a person may not even know what the subjects are doing. What I can do to improve this photo is lowering the ISO and the aperture to increase the light.
